Payment Options:

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, and money orders for mail order, phone, and fax transactions. You can use the Shopping Cart for mail order and Fax orders, just select mail order/ Fax order in the method of payment box. For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Shipping Limits:

There is a $3.85 to $5.00 max. shipping charge per order. We ship by USPS Priority Mail to anywhere in the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii .  If you are ordering from anywhere else, please email or call to arrange shipping and for pricing.

Customer Guarantee:

All parts have been pre-tested and include a One Year Warranty (excluding 15 Watt & 25 Watt High Voltage bulbs).

Return Policy:
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please send me an email before returning an item so you can discuss the problem.
